The RV Lifestyle

Ah, RVing! The freedom. The adventures, The fun. The headaches. (Wait, what?) Yep, headaches and all, there is much more to RVing than the glitz and glamour Instagram 'influencers' show you about it.

The articles below will teach you tips and tricks that we have learned through years of full-time RVing. We discuss the following (and so much more):

Tips

With over 13 years combined full-time RVing experience, Kelly and Marshall, the two Camp Addict Co-founders have learned a thing or two about it.

Safety

Camping isn't inherently dangerous, but parts of it can be if you don't take certain precautions. Most of them are pretty logical, but then some need it. Have you seen the state of humanity around you lately? Tee hee hee.

Pets

Sharing your camping adventures with your furry loved ones is one of the best parts of the experience. Make sure they are safe while you're out RVing.

Learn How To Be A Safe RVer

As mentioned above, some of this is pretty basic. But maybe it just seems that way to us after so many years doing it full-time. Anyhoo, you probably don't know much about any of this. So get ahead of the game and be 'in the know' before you go to prevent potential disaster. It's not very often, but bad things CAN happen.

Who doesn't love a good tip? Heck, many of our tips will save you A LOT of time and money by preventing problems before they arise. What? Yeah, we know, we know. There are not enough tips in here. We're working on that! Calm down. And we love you.

All Articles On The RV Lifestyle

Ok, well, here are ALL of the things we have covered about living the RV life. Whether you are a weekend warrior or you want to go full-time, there is something here for you. It's a bummer, but we don't recommend simply jumping into your brand-new to you RV and hitting the road without educating yourself about the life, the how-to's, and more.

Learning The RV Lifestyle

So you think you want to try RV life? This could mean you want to RV one weekend out of they year, 3 months out of the year, or it could mean you want to go full-time, pronto!

And you could jump right in, sure.

But you're upping your chances of paying dearly for that decision.

Most people do at least SOME amount of research into this subject before actually giving it a try, or even buying their first RV.

This is where we come in.

From reviews to how-to guides, we cover what we both know from a (and this is about to sound so 'sales-y', sorry!) - combined 13+ years of living the RV lifestyle FULL-TIME and also FULL-TIME BOONDOCKING.

Boondocking is a lot more difficult than simply pulling into a campground and plugging in. It forces you to learn a lot more. More about your RV systems, how they work, what your setup is and is not capable of, and SOOO much more.

No, you can't learn IT ALL before going for it. But you should at least educate yourself. Get after it!
